  • Name4. No occupation of the dwelling shall take place until such time as the access, parking and turning facilities shown on approved plan ref 1575/3 have been completed in accordance with the submitted details. Thereafter, the access, parking and turning facilities shall not be obstructed in any way that would prevent such use.6. No part of the development, hereby permitted, shall be occupied or used until visibility splays of 2 metres by 2 metres have been provided on the highway boundary on both sides of the access within which there shall be nothing higher than 0.6 metres above ground level. These splays shall be permanently so maintained thereafter. 7. The dwelling, hereby permitted, shall not be occupied until such time as the 1.95m high screen wall along the common boundary with 10 Brook Lane, as shown on the approved plan, has been provided in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and approved by the local planning authority. Once provided this wall shall be retained at all times thereafter.9. The windows in the eastern elevation of the dwelling, hereby permitted, shall be glazed with obscure glass and fixed or fitted with top hung openings which shall thereafter be retained at all times. Details of the glazing specification shall first be submitted for the approval in writing of the local planning authority. No changes shall be made to these windows nor shall any additional windows be inserted in this elevation thereafter.10. Notwithstanding the provisions of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order, with or without modifications), no enlargement, improvement or other alteration of the dwelling shall be carried out and no building, enclosure or other structure shall be erected within its curtilage.
